  • 9. Take a minimum 9000 steps daily
  • 8. Get 8 hours of sleep daily for better health 
  • 7. Drink at least 7 glasses of water daily 
  • 6. Do at least 6 minutes of meditation daily 
  • 5. Take at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily

  • 3. Take 3 healthy meals or snacks daily
  • 3. Put your phone away at least 2 hours before bed
  • 1. Ensure 1 session of exercise daily
