How to use
1. Plug in the data cable, connect the power supply, the instrument enters the standby state, and the red indicator light is on.
2. Press and hold the switch (middle button) button on the instrument for 3 seconds to turn on the instrument, the instrument starts to work, and the blue indicator light is always on
3. The default automatic mode is turned on, and the mode can be adjusted by pressing the switch key. There are 6 modes in total
4. The '+' key is the strength enhancement key, and the '-' key is the strength weakening key
5. During use, long press the '+' button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the vibration function, and long press the '-' button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the pulse function, please choose according to your needs
6. Press and hold the power button (the middle button) on the instrument to shut down

A. We currently ship worldwide. You may however experience longer delivery times when shipping to outside of the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia.
Q. My order came damaged. What should I do next?
A. This is unlike us. And we apologize you received a damaged product. Not to worry, we are just one email away. Please email friendly customer service at hello@bodytrics.com, within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include “Exchange Request” in the subject line. In addition, please include the following in the body of the email:
- Your name
- Order number,
- Product name and the part that arrived damaged
- A brief description of the damage.
- Photo or video of the damage
Q: I'm missing one or more items. What should I do next?
A: We’re sorry we left out a product from your order.
